Hi! I'm Alicja Kasperkiewicz
Your Board Certified Integrative Health & Lifestyle Coach, LL.M., B.Sc., NBC-HWC

I help people who are ready for real change - not just motivated, but genuinely committed -navigate life's transitions and build healthier, more fulfilling lives using an integrative, neuroscience-informed approach.

Why do I work with people who are serious and committed? Because lasting change requires real effort, and I respect your time and investment too much to pretend otherwise. My programs run 3 to 6 months; intentionally. This is not a lifelong coaching dependency. It's a structured, science-based process designed to give you the tools, self-awareness, and behavioral frameworks to become your own coach when we're done. That's always the goal.

Coaching is not therapy, though we will go deep, and it will get real. The difference is that we're always moving forward, building capacity, and translating insight into action.

I came to this work the hard way. I'm a former IT procurement lawyer, I know exactly what it feels like to push through high-pressure environments, navigate complex decisions under stress, and keep performing while quietly running on empty. I've lived and worked across Warsaw, London, and Boston, and experienced firsthand how exciting and utterly exhausting it is to try to keep up with everything while staying moderately sane and healthy.

I struggled with that. For years.

After hitting my own wall, I stopped pushing harder and started asking better questions. What does the science actually say about how people change? How does the brain adapt under stress? What does it take to build a life that's genuinely sustainable - not just productive?

That curiosity led me to pursue additional education in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science, ultimately becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and most recently completing the Health & Lifestyle Coaching certification through Harvard Medical School.
I also created the Multidimensional Wellness Assessment (MWA); a comprehensive, evidence-informed tool that evaluates well-being across all eight dimensions of wellness, because I needed something that reflected the full complexity of how humans actually function.

Along the way, I discovered something that still excites me: I reversed measurable signs of biological aging through scientifically validated nutrition and lifestyle protocols. I tested everything on myself first. I always do. I'm a science geek at heart, and I don't recommend anything I haven't validated through both research and lived experience.

At Progressive Change Point, I bring all of this together - neuroscience, behavioral psychology, integrative health coaching, and the hard-won wisdom of someone who has navigated real transitions - to help you understand your whole system, identify exactly where change needs to happen, and build the most direct, sustainable path forward.

Not sure if a full program is right for you yet? I also offer The Steady State - a monthly coaching subscription for people who want ongoing, science-informed support without the structure of a full program. Whether you're in the middle of a transition, maintaining progress, or simply navigating a demanding season of life, it keeps you anchored, accountable, and moving forward with a thinking partner in your corner.

My clients see results. Fairly quickly. And I love that part most.

Outside of work, I'm a mom, a passionate traveler, a scuba diver, an obsessive video gamer, a Lego addict, and a remuneration-free belly scratcher to one very demanding Border Collie named Mr. Sniffson.
