I help driven people learn how to get things done and achieve peak performance in a healthy and sustainable way.
Why driven people? Because you need to be serious and committed to doing the work, otherwise you'll waste your money and time. I will not allow that to happen, especially since we won't have much of the latter. ​
Wondering why? Because my coaching program is not supposed to turn into a lifelong relationship.

Coaching is not therapy, even though we will dive deep and it will get emotional. My program lasts 3 to 6 months, during which I help you identify the problem, find the best way to fix it, and give you the tools and knowledge that allow you to fix similar issues in the future on your own. You will become your own coach and that’s the main goal.
I am a former IT procurement lawyer, I know what it's like to push through challenges and thrive in high-pressure corporate environments. I've had the privilege of living in a few countries and a bunch of dynamic cities, like Warsaw, London, or Boston, and have experienced firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with trying to keep up with everything while staying moderately sane and healthy. I struggled with that. After years of navigating complex contracts and negotiations, I realized that something was missing. I felt drained, stressed, and yearned for a more meaningful connection with myself and others. This sparked a journey of self-discovery, and I pursued additional education in psychology and yoga, ultimately earning certifications in coaching and becoming a National Board Certified Professional Coach.
A crucial part of my personal journey was recognizing the importance of assessing all 8 dimensions of wellness - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, occupational, environmental, and financial. They are all interconnected, and only assessing your life through the prism of all of them will allow you to find a solution, just like it was in my case.
By addressing each of these areas, I was able to finally realize what wasn't working in my life, come up with an action plan, upgrade my overall well-being, and achieve my goals.
What if I also told you that I reversed my aging during my journey, largely by implementing scientifically proven protocols and nutrition? As a huge science geek, I'm a firm believer in testing and validating everything. I am convinced that a wholesome, holistic approach combined with evidence-based methods is the key to achieving optimal health and performance.
At Progressive Change Point, I focus on empowering people to do the same, and my clients see results fairly quickly - and I love it.
Other than that, l'm a mom, a passionate traveler, a scuba diver, an obsessive video gamer, lego addict and a remuneration-free belly scratcher to one very demanding Border Collie named Mr. Sniffson.
