As a holistic performance coach, I help my clients in unlocking their full potential, getting unstucked  and achieving peak health and performance in all areas of life.

Together, we'll identify areas for improvement, create a personalized plan, build confidence and resilience, and celebrate successes along the way.

How is the coaching process structured?

You're wondering how the whole coaching process is structured?

 

Well, let me walk you through an example of what it might look like over 3 months of 60-minute weekly sessions.

 

At first, we'll focus on understanding your drivers, current state, and desired outcomes. We'll assess your well-being across the 8 dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, occupational, social, environmental, spiritual, financial, and physical (Sessions 1-4).  ​We'll explore your individual strengths, challenges, and goals, setting a foundation for healthy and sustainable growth and peak performance.

 

Next, we'll dive into strategies for optimizing each dimension, identifying areas for improvement, and introducing new skills and techniques for stress management, resilience, and self-care (Sessions 5-8).

​

We'll work on reframing limiting beliefs, building self-awareness, and developing mindfulness practices. As we progress, we'll focus on implementing new habits, routines, and systems to support your overall well-being and performance (Sessions 9-12).

 

We'll prioritize self-reflection, self-compassion, and goal-setting to solidify new patterns and behaviors. Throughout our journey, we'll work at your pace, addressing obstacles and celebrating successes.

 

By the end of our time together, you'll have developed the skills, strategies, and mindset necessary to achieve peak health and performance, feeling more balanced, resilient, and fulfilled.
