Stuck in the Same Patterns? There's a Blueprint for Breaking Them.

Change is a Science. Make it work for you!

Do you ever feel like you're working hard, trying everything, yet the change you're looking for still isn't sticking?

You've read the books, tried the programs, pushed through the exhaustion, but something keeps pulling you back to the same patterns, the same stress, the same place.

That's not a willpower problem. That's neuroscience.

Your brain is wired to resist change until it's given the right conditions to rewire. Lasting transformation isn't about doing more. It's about understanding how your brain navigates transitions, adapts to new demands, and builds new patterns from the inside out.

I've been there too. After hitting my own wall, I stopped chasing quick fixes and started asking a different question: what does science actually say about how people change?

The answer transformed everything.

As an Integrative Health & Lifestyle Coach (LL.M., BSc, NBC-HWC, RYT200) and behavior change specialist, I work with people navigating real transitions; career shifts, burnout, health challenges, life overhauls, etc, using an evidence-based, neuroscience-informed approach that addresses the whole person, not just the symptom.

Because your well-being is a system. Your brain, body, emotions, relationships, work, and environment are all in constant conversation with each other. When one is dysregulated, the others feel it. Financial stress disrupts sleep. Emotional exhaustion kills focus. Social disconnection erodes motivation. Neglecting your body dims your mind.

That's why real, lasting change requires more than a fitness plan or a productivity hack. It requires understanding your whole system and knowing exactly where and how to shift it.

My approach is integrative, individualized, and grounded in the science of how humans actually change. Using my Multidimensional Wellness Assessment and evidence-based coaching frameworks drawn from neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and lifestyle medicine, we identify where you are, where you want to be, and build the most direct, sustainable path between the two.

Science-backed. Life-centered. Built around you.

My Methodology:

Before we change anything, we understand everything.

Understanding yourself is the foundation of every meaningful change; in your health, your relationships, your work, and your life.

My approach integrates evidence-based principles from neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and integrative health coaching to create lasting results. Not quick fixes. Not cookie-cutter plans. Real, measurable transformation rooted in how your brain and body actually work.

We begin by mapping your current state across all eight dimensions of wellness, identifying where you're thriving, where you're depleted, and where small, science-informed shifts will create the most meaningful impact.

The eight dimensions of wellness framework was first introduced in 1976 by Dr. Bill Hettler, MD, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute. Originally built on six dimensions, it expanded over time to include environmental and financial wellness - reflecting what research increasingly confirms: that well-being is not a single measure, but a dynamic, interconnected system.

When all eight dimensions are in balance, everything works better. Your brain regulates more efficiently. Your body recovers faster. Your resilience deepens. The result isn't just high performance, it's performance that's sustainable, because it's built on a foundation your whole system can support.

So, How Do I Assess It?

With the Multidimensional Wellness Assessment™ (MWA), that I created, I take a compassionate, data-informed look at your overall wellness.

(MWA) was conceptually inspired by Hettler’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness model and integrates principles from Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales, the PERMA framework by Seligman, and contemporary multidimensional health surveys such as the SF-36 and Gallup Well-Being Index.

It aims to operationalize holistic wellness through measurable, evidence-informed indicators across eight life domains. It will show you where you feel grounded, where you feel stretched, and where small shifts that create meaningful change need to be implemented.

Two Pens

Meeting Alicja was the cornerstone of my transformation. She was so helpful, not only in understanding my problems, but giving me a new perspective on how to look at them and work through everything. She is incredibly patient and has an uncanny ability to both understand and empathize with people almost immediately. Before we started our sessions, I had was on a pivotal transition in my career and I had some confusion about my personal affairs. Alicja gave me the tools necessary to work through it all, and I'm happy to say that I now run my own retreat company and gained clarity on my personal life. If you're wondering if Alicja can help you, definitely go for it. She's great! I highly recommend.
